INTRODUCTION:
In accordance with the terms of the Privacy Act of Canada and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, we are pleased to provide you with our Privacy Policy, as follows:
PURPOSE and USE of personal information collected is:
To consider initiating a relationship with you as a potential Client;
to evaluate your financability;
to establish, administer and maintain correspondence pertaining to your obtaining financing;
to establish, administer and assist in development of a business plan for the intent and purpose of obtaining financing by you
to enable staff and management to oversee, assist and protect the daily activities of Longmore Consulting Inc. in relationship with you.
PRIVACY PROTECTION PLAN:
Only management, employees, affiliates, legal counsel and accounting staff authorized by us, will have access to the personal information contained in your file. We only authorize employees whose responsibilities specifically include supervision, maintenance or development of our relationship with you, and who would need to know this information;
your complete file is kept in the office of Longmore Consulting Inc. at all times;
your file is available for review and correction by you at any time, by phone, e-mail or in writing;
your file is kept on file for up to two (2) years after the termination of the relationship, for record/history purposes only, or in accordance with business law;
the content of your file is not shared, sold or bartered in any manner, and is collected and used for the sole purpose of maintaining and administering our relationship with you.
the contents of your file are kept Confidential at all times and used only for the intended purpose of assisting you to obtain financing
ACCESS TO YOUR FILE:
The law allows you certain rights of access to your file and certain rights to correct or update the personal information contained in your file.
Upon receipt of your inquiry re referral to us, your contact information such as Name, Address, Postal Code, Telephone Number, and E-mail Address is recorded in our electronic database;
your file is not created until you have submitted a “PIF” or Personal Information Form, and you have signed our Privacy Protection and Consent Form contained therein;
within the limits provided by the law, and upon your request by phone, mail or E-mail, we will communicate all personal information that pertains to you;
you must be able to provide adequate proof of your identity based on information given to us, to assure your protection;
you have the right to have corrections made of incorrect or incomplete information, as well as the right to have out-dated or irrelevant information removed.
